Creamy Avocado Pesto Spread

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup (250 ml) fresh basil leaves
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) lime juice
- ¼ cup (60 ml) grated parmesan
- ½ cup (125 ml) water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into the cup of a Starfrit Electric Blender.
- Attach the blending blade to the cup.
- Place the cup assembly onto the motorized base.
- PULSE all ingredients a few times and blend on HIGH speed “II” for a smooth, creamy texture.
- Add water as need.
- Spread on toasts, sandwiches or crackers.
